sirimUUM ONLINE: Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM) did not record any ‘Non-Conformity Report’ (NCR) or ‘no non-compliance’ in the MS ISO 9001: 2015 Surveillance Audit exercise which took place over three days beginning 29 November.

The result was announced by the Chief Auditor of SIRIM QAS, Mdm. Hanida Ghazali at the MS ISO 9001: 2015 Surveillance Audit Certification Closing Ceremony via Webex last Wednesday.

He said this as he presided over the meeting's conclusion.

He stated that the university was looking forward to the surveillance audit because UUM learned a great deal over the three days, despite the fact that this was not the first audit held.

"In fact, we are ready to accept any comments or questions to ensure that UUM meets the SIRIM standards," he said.
