PRO-CHANCELLOR APPRISED ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF UUM

UUM ONLINE: Alor Setar - His Royal Highness (HRH) Tengku Sarafudin Badlishah Ibni Al Aminul Karim Sultan Sallehuddin, the Raja Muda of Kedah, cum the Tuanku Pro-Chancellor of Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM) consented to an audience with UUM Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Dr Haim Hilman Abdullah.

During the meeting, Prof. Dr Haim Hilman apprised HRH on the upcoming events at UUM for year 2023, including the Proclamation of the Sultan Sallehudddin Chancellery Building Ceremony in conjunction with UUM's 39th Foundation Day and the Planning of UUM's Strategic Plan and Direction.

At the ceremony, HRH was also apprised about the latest developments of the university including the organisation of the 35th and 36th Convocation Ceremony next year in addition to the Kedah Royal Adventure Programme and the development of the Sultan Sallehuddin Golf Club.

In yesterday's audience at Wisma Darulaman with the Tuanku Raja Muda, Prof. Dr Haim Hilman presented the university's plans.

Tengku Sarafudin Badlishah was also apprised on the UUM Today Digital Portal which contains three main components namely digital news section, digital marketing and digital event management. The portal can be accessed through https://uumtoday.com.

UUM Today produces programmes in the form of news and 'infotainment' through the Hello Sintok segment.
