Human Resource Management

The Master of Human Resource Management (MHRM) was introduced produce graduates in the field of human resource management who are knowledgeable and able to meet the current challenges in the organisation. In addition, it also aims to provide young graduates, especially in the areas of human resource management, and managers who are currently working to obtain higher qualifications and competency levels in this area. More importantly, this program aims to produce future managers capable of playing a strategic role in the governance of the organisation.

  1. Research Proposal (for Programme by Research):
    1. Masters - 1,000 to 1,500 words
    2. PhD - 1,500 to 2,000 words
  2. Applicants without professional qualification (Bachelor of Education/ Diploma in Education/Certificate of Education) are required to attend and pass the courses as required by the University.
  3. PhD applicants need to attend interview related to field of study being applied.

    1. Master candidate: Minimum balance of USD5,000.00 in own account
    2. Doctoral candidate: Minimum balance of USD10,000.00 in own account
