The mobility programme which began on 2 September 2015 will draw to a close on 30 June 2016 also saw participation from other ASEAN countries namely Cambodia, the Philippines, Thailand, Laos, Vietnam and Indonesia.
So far while in Korea, Nur Azrin has attended various activities organised by the university such as the 'Food Festival, "Field trip around Korea’ and various other activities which are considered as an opportunity that comes once in a lifetime.
In addition, she also said the lecturers and her Korean friends are also very good and friendly and that the university has also set up the Buddy Programme: Buddy Korea to assist the students taking part in the programme.
She added that during winter which runs from mid-December until February, ASEAN students taking part in the programme will be sent to several well-known Korean companies for a month from January to February to undergo practical training. She too has begun her practical training at the ASEAN-Korean Centre located in Seoul.
Nur Azrin Ahmad Nasir who expressed her appreciation and gratitude for being the sole representative of UUM selected for the programme, promised to uphold the good name of the university while promoting UUM to her new found friends there.
